Our Zakat module calculates the 2.5% annual obligation based on each employee's accumulated wealth above the Nisab threshold. Employees can opt-in through their self-service portal, choose their preferred calculation method (Hanafi or other schools), and select whether deductions happen monthly or annually. All calculations are reviewed by our Shariah advisory board.
